Upgraded from version 4.0.2 to 4.0.8 yesterday at around Noon, Eastern time. After the upgrade, I re-opened the forum, all the users came back and everything was normal - No problems whatsoever. Things were fine for at least the next 12 hours. Sometime between that 12th hour and the 16th hour of being back online, an error appeared. It reads:
This error, as stated in the thread title, occurs in both the forum files and in the admincp files (though the issue on the AdminCP area includes only the second part of the error, and not the first. All that I see when I try to get to the AdminCP is "Unable to add cookies, header already sent. File: /**EDITED DIRECTORY PATH**/includes/config.php Line: 2".
I don't believe for a moment that these errors have anything to do with the upgrade, for if that were the case, the error should have been produced immediately. But it is quite the coincidence.
Any thoughts or ideas on how best to troubleshoot and get the forum back online? I would appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide. Thank you in advance...

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /**EDITED DIRECTORY PATH**/includes/class_core.php(4074) : eval()'d code on line 1
.
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /**EDITED DIRECTORY PATH**/includes/config.php
Line: 2
That is all that appears on the page. The forum doesn't even attempt to continue to render (as one would expect - Just giving all the information I can possibly think of)..
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /**EDITED DIRECTORY PATH**/includes/config.php
Line: 2
