[Blog] Blogs not installed

I have a new vBulletin CMS 408 forum installed but I'm not able to show "Blogs" button in any way. I have the doubt something went wrong during installation because I'm not able to find any way to activate Blogs. In "Manage Products" CP I can only see "vBulletin CMS"

Is that correct?

Install the Blog product:

Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> ./includes/xml/product-vbblog.xml

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)
