[Forum] Some members can't login and some can

This started about 3 days ago. Some members get time out errors, some login in only to be asked to log in again and again. I've talked to my sitehost and they can't replicate the problem, nor can I. The members are using one of every browser out there and my forums are up to date. I just can't figure out why some members can get in and some can't. Please advise.

Firstly, Make sure they are ticking the remember me box when logging in.
Secondly, It could be a cookie/cache problem. Put it as an announcement with these instructions.
Go to your browser's tools section > Click on internet options > delete cookies/cache > yes > apply > click on the red x in the right hand corner > double click on the browser of choice.

let delete cookies and cache, restart browser and try again.
tell him try with base URL stored in AdminCP.
