after upgrading to 4.0.8 I can't install new style

After Upgrading to the new version 4.0.8

through the admincp

I can't install new styles even through style generator

after trying I saw that style is table but without any templates

Can you help me to fix it please .

You probably have a bad forum URL setting. You need to set the correct forum URL here:

Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum URL

Actually I did one step before upgrading
Which is resetting style id through phpmyadmin

-style
-template

I just empty those tables

Yikes!! You should NEVER manually alter the database like that. Did you make a backup of those tables first? If so you should restore them.

Both. You should not have emptied either one.
