[Forum] Home and blog tabs are not displayed in navbar

Hi all,

I have upgraded my forum from 3.8 to 4.0.8 in test environment.
I am surprised because I have only 2 links in navbar : "Forum" and "What's new?".

How to display "Home" and "Blogs" tabs?

Is the 4.0.8 to which you have upgraded a Forum Only package, or Publishing Suite?

You may need to re-enable the Plugin System, either through the global option in AdminCP, or if you turned them off via config.php, by removing the line that disables them.

(Blogs and CMS are Products.)

I had turned them off via config.php (define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);)
I have deleted the line in config.php and selected the products I wanted to inactivate and it works now.
