  • [Forum] Search & Replace for StyleVars?

Is there any functionality to do a 'Search & Replace' against stylevars like there is for templates?

Would make my life a lot easier today but I can't find a way of doing it at the moment.

You can do search/replace with stylevars. Like... search: {vb:stylevar link_color} and Replace: #FFFFFF

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Lynne, thanks, but what I'm meaning is the actual values of the stylevar definitions.

To give a real world example, I recently came across a style where the creator hard-coded folder paths in several of the stylevar values. The only way I could find & change that hard-coded value was to go through every single stylevar looking for & changing the value.

Ah, OK, I see what you mean now. Unfortunately, there is no way to do that right now.

Thanks, I'll submit a JIRA request. I've been on a roll with them lately.

widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
