Depends on the time of day, what the issue is, and a lot of other factors. Most responses get anwsered pretty quickly.Comment

My last response was @ Zachery Woods Oct 26th '10 07:43pm, it has not been over a day. Also, in the future repeatedly bumping your ticket moves it back further in our queues.Comment

I have been having an issue since Saturday. I created a ticket (Ticketid: 1179807)

I oppend support ticket in Feb 8th after purchasing one month support, there is no response until now.
