[Forum] Attachments are lost

HI

I have proceed with an upgreat of my forum from 3.8.6 to 4.07 .
Everything went perfect.

Then i realized that all of the attachents are gone. The paperclip is there but no attachents .

Please can someone helps me how to restore my attachemnts back.

Have you rebuilt everything from the ACP? Just a thought...

I think so yes , but what specific you mean from ACP ?

Possibly Maintenance > Update Counters > Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails

Also, check out Attachments > Attachment Statistics to see if the system is still seeing everything.

Allready did the Maintenance and nothing change

In the statistics the system can see only the attachments from the members albums Only and not for the forum threads.

I am convince that we will not get any help for my problem and others also .,This is what usually is happening otherwise someone responsible would have answer to my serious issue.

Where did you have your attachments saved to, the database or filesystem?

Why do you think we would not help if you start a support ticket when you haven't even tried?

I havent start a support ticket , if you look around you will find more than 30 users having the same problem and also some of them open a ticket without any solution.

I really do not understand why this is happening to us , and nobody nobody tried to solve this .

I have contacted with many other users and none of the Vbulletin team gave them an asnwer.

My seld iam distroyed if 1500 are gone.

So i really looking forward someone to tell us who can we fix this problem .
