[Forum] Custom Notice for a Usergroup

I have set up my VBulletin so that after a user has been registered for 90 days they are promoted (or in this case effectively demoted) to a usergroup called "Expired Trial"

I want to display a notice to people in the "Expired Trial" usergroup that tells them their free trial has expired and invite them to subscribe. How would I go about doing this?

Note: I have been using these instructions as a guide do doing this: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/archi.../t-184194.html but the part about displaying the expiration notice is apparently out of date.

You can use Notices to do that:

Admin CP -> Notices -> Add New Notice
