    [Forum] Missing some users after upgrade to 4.0.7

    Is it possible to be missing a few useres after an upgrade from 3.8.2 to 4.0.7?

    One of the biggest sponsors of the sites account is gone. I can anything on him.

    Is there something in the maintenance that can be run to find missing users?

    After that upgrade, there were several counters you were supposed to update. Do you do those?

    You say the sponsor is missing? You mean you can't find him in the admincp? No users should be lost in the upgrade if you just used the upgrade.php script.

      No, there is nothing in the upgrade that would delete existing users or any other data.Do you have any add-ons installed? Did you make a backup of this database prior to the upgrade?

        Odd. I ran a fix user profile deal I think it was called and the guy that was missing is back.
