All of the info I've found on this is no longer valid as it seems youtube has changed their site around. There's supposed to a link in every channel that you can simply copy to embed the channel, it doesn't exist anywhere on the page.
A custom player can be created on the youtube site at www.youtube.com/custom_player however there's no option to add a channel to the player.
