[Forum] How to give mods premisions to remove sig line/avatar in 4.0.7

So last night we had a poster that had a .gif in his sig line that was hosted at another site. This site changed the pic to a porn pick using the same ULR and .gif name. (this was on purpose) Anyway our bbs is a family site so we needed to get rid of it.

Is there anyway to allow my mods to be able to edit posters sig lines and avatars with giving them full access to posters profiles? If the poster would not have been on the bbs as the time it would have sat up there until this AM.

or don't allow pics in your sigs, or remote pics would solve the (hot linking) issue
