[CMS] Unable to give guests/registered users access to CMS

Lots of threads on this but none solved the issue. Here's what I've tried, what am I doing wrong?

Triple checked the Home page, sections, categories, articles - ALL are Published
Permissions for CMS are set to allow all user groups to read - however every time I save changes it states "Permissions not assigned for section"
    unregistered users can view forums

If you edit the section, do you have Section Widget set to Yes or No?

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

It was set to no, I changed it to yes and that fixed it. You rock.

I don't understand why that option makes a difference for this issue, but making that minor change fixed the problem for me as well.

widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
