[CMS] Page Not found error on content.php - Error log - vBCms_Content_ContentNode not found

    Hi,

The problem started when my vb_contenttype table got corrupted. So I had to delete the .frm file and re create the table with following data.

    1 Post
    2 Thread
    3 Forum
    4 Announcement
    5 SocialGroupMessage
    6 SocialGroupDiscussion
    7 SocialGroup
    8 Album
    9 Picture
    10 PictureComment
    11 VisitorMessage
    12 User
    13 Event
    14 Calendar
    15 BlogEntry
    16 BlogComment
    17 Article
    18 ContentNode
    19 Section

And then i cleared all the cache. Now when I go to CMS page, it gives me a message which says
"The page that you have requested was not found. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator."

I checked error log and it said

[11-Oct-2010 06:47:04] PHP Fatal error: Class 'vBCms_Content_ContentNode' not found in /forums/vb/content.php on line 176

What should I do to repair this?

Kindly help its urgent. This is a live site

How exactly did you recreate the table? Did you restore a backup or try creating it from scratch?

To troubleshoot this, first reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. Also be sure to upload the admincp files to whichever directory you have set in your config.php file. Then run 'Suspect File Versions' in Diagnostics to make sure you have all the original files for your version and that none show 'File does not contain expected contents':

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

[Note: In some cases you may also need to remove any of the listed .xml files in the includes/xml directory.]

Next, disable all products (except vB Blog and vB CMS if you are running the Suite.)

Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Disable

Then manually uncheck all plugins that are not for 'vBulletin Blog' and vBulletin CMS' here:

Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Plugin Manager

You must do BOTH of those steps in order to disable all non vBulletin Modifications.

Then if you still have this problem, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it.

Do you have the same problem?

            Hi Steve,

I will do that first thing in my morning and report back.
But I just have one doubt.
My vb_contenttype table got corrupted. So I deleted it and Re created it manually. Its structure and content is shown in my first post. Is that correct?

Unfortunately since every contenttype table is different, recreating one from scratch like that is probably not going to work. This may need stronger measures. Fill out a support ticket at:

Please include a complete description of the problem and be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP in the 'Sensitive Data' field.
