Some users are reporting a weird login problem, both in the CMS and Forums. When they first access the site they get the Unregistered User box where they have to enter their username and password. After they do they get the logging in screen welcoming them, and then are redirected back to the site. The problem is is that site thinks they haven't logged on and it displays the username and password boxes again. But if they click on the Forum navbar button (or Home) the page refreshes and sees them. This also appears to be happening to users that have checked Remember: when they first visit the site it sees them as unregistered, but if they click on Forum or Home it redirects them to the site as a registered user even without entering a username or password.
I thought that this may be cookie related so after doing some searching here I changed the cookie prefix in config.php, as well as the settings in AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options but that doesn't seem to help either.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on resolving it?
