[Forum] mycookies.php

There used to be a brilliant little script called mycookies.php we used on vb 3.x etc, when members had cookie/script problems with their browsers, where they could bascially delete all the junk and were able to relogin properly to vb and its addons.

unfortunately mycookies.php no longer works with vb 4.x

Could this please be fixed by some nice coder?
