[Forum] No permission message page - phrase manager

The phrase manager not_logged_no_permission can have a custom message however when viewing the page that comes up when someone who does not have permission to view a page, all the text is bolded. How can I make it normal?

I've checked my custom message for any html errors and there are none. Is there a stylevars setting that will revert the font from bold to normal.
