I utilize a shared website hosting account, which runs under Linux, to host my installation of vBulletin 4.0.7 Publishing Suite. I recently discovered that the website's error log contains thousands of entries for "File does not exist: /home/user/public_html/assets, referer: http://www.my-domain-name.com/forums/forum.php".

The most recent entry is as follows:

1. Is "assets" a file or directory?

2. What is vBulletin's need or purpose for the "assets" file or directory?

3. Why wasn't the file or folder "assets" created as a part of the initial installation of vBulletin 4.0.0 Publishing Suite, or any of the updates leading to version 4.0.7?

4. What needs to be done to remedy this particular problem?
