Hover over the title, of which in the image is "What's New", and you will see a pencil icon. Click the pencil icon.

On the configuration page, you'll need to scroll down until you see the stuff in the red box.


Select the links you want to appear.

There's no error there, your screenshot is of the vBulletin.com homepage (I see the Purchase and Tracker tabs), with emphasis on the CMS Section links in the navbar.

That's not going to appear on your site.
