[Forum] Force Enhanced Editor

I just moved my phpBB forum of 7000+ users to vB and it defaulted everyone to the basic editor. Is there a way I can force all users to the enhanced editor?

Welcome! AdminCP > maintenance > execute SQL query > show enhanced editor toolbar. That will take care of current members. Set adminCP > settings > options > message posting interface options, for new members. Seems like there is one other thing, bub I can't think of it.
