[CMS] Album and CMS Thumbnails and Pictures do NOT appear in some browsers using IE8

I have very strange problem.

When I try to browse my website from different PCs all are using IE8, sometimes I am able to view thrumbnails and pictures sometimes I am not.

I thought this problem has been solved with later versions, but it has not been.

I've never seen such a problem. Usually when there's an intermittent problem with items not displaying it's a server problem. But without an url to check it's pretty hard to give any more specific help.
