I use a laptop and the tuch pad when I was moving to click the button that said no it stopped on the yes button and the auto tap thing went off and clicked yes and there was no way for me to go back.

So because your laptop touch pad bummed out you blame vBulletin. Maybe try using a mouse with the laptop, then you won't experience the problem and then that will show you vBulletin is not to blame for any of this and that there is no point in requesting something that is not needed.
