Trouble with Titleimage

It is now working yes - however only because I changed the name of my new image to that of which defaults as the vbulletin title and replaced the file...

Hello fellas

I'm trying to update my forum banner

I have uploaded the image, tried modifying the banner size (although am struggling to find where I can work out what actual size it should be), file type from gif,jpg,png, and still can't get it to show.

Currently all it's doing is showing the red cross, powered by vbulletin.

I have linked it correctly with the filename also

Am totally at a loss now ;(

Would really appreciate some help for a newb
