[Forum] Smilies for Guests (which are can post on my forum)

On my forum guests are allowed to post.

But when you click "Reply to Thread" as a guest you just get a small reply window with basicly now additional settings and for example no smilies.

How can I set my forum, so guests can use smilies (pick a smilie)? Smilies are nice

You would have to modify the code to change the editor, or just add smilies to the editor. The place to ask for help with modifications is over on vbulletin.org, the modification site.
