How do I allow visitors to see the CMS without logging in

    That s not a problem, some other issue.

    To make them land on the CMS page edit index.php file. Find the lines below in index.php and make sure they are like this.

    require('content.php');

    // require('forum.php');

    They are landing on the forum instead of CMS... could that be the problem... and how do I have them land on CMS?

    Reset permissions and save again. Clear browser cache (ctrl-F5), clear CMS cache. Have the same sometimes. Doesn't seem to always "take".
