[Forum] How to display a notice on a custom page?

I am using VB4 suite.

Using the notice manager, I can choose to select to display a notice to a person browsing different forums on my site. But how do I display a notice to someone browsing a custom page built within my site? adcp>>Notices>>Notices Manager>> (options)

There are lots of options, but I can't seem to find a way to show a notice on a custom page.

There is no option to show it on some custom page. You would have to write something in your custom page to display it.

Is there any possibility to display a notice on a specific non-custom page (need to display a notice on the Registration page) ?

Put a condition around the noticed based on THIS_SCRIPT. (There is an article over on vbulletin.org in the articles forums on writing conditions which should help you.)
