[CMS] Any way to remove welcome message from homepage but keep on forums

As the title says is there any way of doing this ?

I know how to remove it , but there is no setting to keep it on the forum only . Unless im being blind ?

You have a lot of options how you want to have this, default setting ist unregistered usergroup, if you want it only in forums you can select "User is browsing forum and childforums".

Edited the template in the end, think there should be a setting to differentiate from the forum to the CMS really.
