I've used both of the following to make a BB code.

This one seems to work in everything except Internet Exploder:

    <object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000"codebase="
    cabs/flash/,0,40,0" width="468" height="600"id="mymoviename">
    <param name="movie" value="{param}” /> <param name="quality" value="high" /> <param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" /> <embed src="/support/flash/ts/documents/myFlashMovie.swf"quality="high" bgcolor="#ffffff"width="468" height="600"name="mymoviename" align="" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage=""> </embed> </object>

And this on seems to work in everything except Firefox:

    <OBJECT classid="clsid:d27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase=",0,40,0" WIDTH="550" HEIGHT="400" id="{param}"><PARAM NAME=movie VALUE="{param}"><PARAM NAME=quality VALUE=high><PARAM NAME=bgcolor VALUE=#FFFFFF><EMBED href="/support/flash/ts/documents/myFlashMovie.swf" quality=high bgcolor=#FFFFFF WIDTH="550" HEIGHT="400" NAME="{param}" ALIGN="" TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash"PLUGINSPAGE=""></EMBED></OBJECT>

One major difference seems to be the use of "<embed src=" and "<embed href=". Can't find documentation explaining the difference other than one goes to and the other comes from(?)

Sure like to have one code that worked for most browsers.
