    EDIT: When I try to access that vBulletin page, I get:

    PERMISSION VIOLATION
    ERROR
    It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform.

    If you think this message is wrong, please consult your administrators about getting the necessary permissions.

      It appears Facebook has fixed this issue with the latest version of their PHP-SDK (v2.0.4). This will be fixed in 4.0.5, but in the meantime, I have attached the new SDK to this post. Please upload this file (facebook.php) to your /includes/facebook/ directory, and let me know if this solves your problem.

        Are you not able to download the attachment? Hmmm, you can also download the compressed file from Facebooks repository here: http://github.com/facebook/php-sdk/downloads.
