[Forum] Lost password email getting 'lost'

On my forum, people need to validate their accounts when they register, and I can receive the test email sent from the admincp, so I know our mail system is working.
However I have gotten TONS of complaints that the lost password button is not sending people emails, How can I troubleshoot this? Thanks!

If some email is working its all working. You'll need to check with your webhost about what if anythingin s getting cough in their mail servers.

Thanks for the reply. My buddy set up our mailserver on our VPS, ill have him check if anything is wrong.

Check your "spam" folder too!
