    Not sure what you mean. You can set the rules for your own forum and enforce them however you want. Some forums don't allow vulgar language and will give out infractions for it.

      Sir, one member is posting nude pics. to avoid it- now I want to censor all posting, please. as its a family forum

        Like I said, set your rules and your punishment and follow through. If nude pictures aren't allowed, that could be bad enough for an instant banning - so ban them. If this continues to be a problem, perhaps don't allow new users to post images (create a new usergroup and promote users to that group after x posts or y time).
