[Forum] Modified templates get unmodified at skin import

Hello,

I have modified two templates in a skin (vbcms_navbar_link and blog_navbar_link), exported the skin and when you try to import the skin again, these two templates show as unmodified. The original codes are still in the templates even though I have modified them before exporting the skin. This is a big issue.

Can someone please try to duplicate that bug?

Wow, I see that this bug isn't taken seriously. Well good luck to all skinners trying to edit these templates.

Have you tried to Rebuild the Styles in the Admin CP>Maintenance>Update counters>Rebuild Styles?

This function allows you to completely rebuild all style information. This is necessary after a major upgrade, or if you have manually edited any of the 'special' templates.
