[CMS] Recent Threads Widget showing incorrect forum threads...

I just configured a recent threads widget for the CMS and it is showing threads from forums that did not select. I have deleted and set it up twice, but it is still showing threads it should not be showing.

Is this a bug in 4.0.3?
