[Forum] My users get logged out too fast

My users say that they are getting logged out in the middle of writing posts and by the time they press submit they are logged out. How do I increase this time?

I have the inactivity setting set to 30 minutes 1900 seconds, but they are claiming to get logged out after less than 10 minutes...

Are they clicking the Remember Me box when they log in?

I am having similar issues. They do click the remember me box, but some of them get logged out very quickly. However, the amount of people experiencing it is not total - it only happens to some. I'm trying to collect some information from them.

Do you allow users to view your site via both www.yoursite.com and just yoursite.com? If so, you must set the cookie domain to ".yoursite.com" (no quotes, but note the period at the beginning).

to me the problem is similar,
logaut users automatically after 10 minutes regardless of the setting in admincp - for me 40min.

to me there are domain and sub domain and setting of cookies is ".yoursite.com"
