I tested to register some other user by myself and it lost more. It cannot be banned much like that for my forum.

I can understand for banned, but not for users awaiting confirmation.
Now we have to know how includes thats.

You're right. They aren't. If I add up members from all user groups, it comes to a total of 18'681 and the board statistics say 16'124. So I guess the 2'557 "Users awaiting e-mail confirmation" aren't included.

That's okay then. I was just afraid that regular members had been dropped.

It's exactly the numbers of the pending users, not confirmed.

I also noticed a loss of members after the upgrade. I'm almost positive that I had over 17'000 members before the upgrade, and got about 16'100 after.

I am using VB 4.0.2 the members of my board are 577 and when update to 4.0.3 it jumps to 415 while a new member registered. I tried restore to 4.0.2 and upgrade again some times but it is the same status. Can you help me solve this? Thanks.
