[Blog] Blog and Home (CMS) in not coming?

I have upgraded to Vb 4.0.3. But the Blog and the Home (CMS) option is not coming. Just 'Forum' and 'What's New?' is missing? Link - http://www.policywala.com/

In the AdminCP you have to turn them on under the modifications sections. Or if you have manually turned off mods in the config.php file then you have to change that.
