[CMS] Some issues after upgrade to 4.0.3

I just upgraded and after fast fix of the "for each" error with clean CMS cashe
and the space between the widgets with the fast css fix

there are couple things that bother me

- the "Recent Blog Posts" widget with widget type "Search" shows the images 404 now
- all the rest widgets dont show the pictures of the people, but just the default icon
- in the control panel it shows "(vBulletin 4.0.2 Patch Level 1)" even when i run the upgrade for second time
i upgraded from 4.0.1 and im pretty sure i got 4.0.3 cause i saw the facebook connect thingy installing

Am having pretty much the same issues! surely something is very wrong with the 4.0.3 version and an update should be created ASAP! I have reported a Bug here http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/proje...?issueid=37828
