You can create a new user group from your vBulletin admin control panel->Usergroups->Add New UserGroup. The user group can be based on an existing one. Then you can move the corresponding user in this new user group and set the preferred individual permissions.

Using phpmyadmin, you will want to bring up the user table and edit the row for that members userid. Change their 'post' field to show they have 25 posts.

I am using the current version of Vbulletin (4.03)
I have restricted links in the signature globally for the first 25 posts.
My question is I have a trusted member who I would like to override this setting for, can this be done?
