[Forum] 4.0.3 wrong number of registered users stats

Wrong number of registered users in forum home statistics, I was just aware that stats are not correct according to admin panel stats.
I didn't delete any users so I checked the user groups counts but all right. Whats the reason for that? I don't know how long it has been counting like that.
Can it be same issue for post counts?

4.0.3 does not show usergroups 3 or 4 in the total count (Moderated and Awaiting Confirmation). This is different from before.

that's the reason why user counts are less than as it must be.
Users Awaiting Email Confirmation id :3
Now, there is no need to hold/save user account for Awaiting Confirmation groups.
