How do I go by changing the size of the font for the user titles?

I think you can use HTML if it is set by an admin. If not I think it might be a stylevar.

If you want to change the font for all user titles, editing the postbit/postbit_legacy and memberinfo templates would be the right place to start. Look for {vb:raw post.title} or {vb:raw userinfo.title}

I was able to find most of what you said, but I did not see anything to edit a number or nothing. Am I missing something?
