How to remove Tab?

Actually i am finding a place, Where i can remove those tabs even that or some others too place in style & templates

I installed an add-on which adds up a tab, Its not removing after disabling / delete add-on, Now i am unable to figure out what to do?

Whisch mod was that? Anyway, it is my understanding that all mod related questions should be asked over at vb.org and more specifically at the mod''s own thread.
