I can't remember where I saw it but recently there was a message posted regarding allowing mods access to creating announcements (and being able to us HTML).
So my question is:
1. Where can we disable HTML for all announcements
2. Not quite related but if moderators do not require access to /forum/modcp can this folder be removed? Or is it required for other functions.
