It's a Firefox thing that was changed a long time ago in 3.x.
However, there's a quick work around if you're a FF user.
In the url bar go to "about:config"
Search for "ui.key"
The results should include "ui.key.ChromeAccess" and "ui.key.ContentAccess"
Change the Chrome one to a value of 5 and the Content one to an integer value of 4.
Should work for you then.

Mouseover on 'Quick Reply' says Alt+S, but opens browser History in FF
I'm wondering whether anyone's noticed this- But when replying to thread, if I hover the mouse over 'Post Quick Reply' button, it shows 'Alt + S'. But when I hit alt+s , the FF opens 'History'.
