[Forum] Display Resolution issue with tabs

When the tabs have been used to their fullest extent. If the user is in 1024x768 mode in either IE or Chrome the tabs disappear behind the search bar or take to a 2nd line behind the "new posts" text.

Is there a way to adjust the code to straighten this out??
