[CMS] 4.0.2 PL4 Something is not right!!

OK, I jut upgraded to 4.0.2 PL4 and now there are some issues on the CMS mian page in the "Recent Post Widget" see attached image.

Yep, I get the same thing. It is not consistant though, it only happens maybe 50% of the time. I have created a new widget and still get the same thing. Looks like pl4 moved the problem from the article preview to the widgets.
