Make sure the "Unregistered / Not Logged in" usergroup is not a banned usergroup

"This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group" should be set to yes

When people try to register it says they're banned

I made it so that people who are not registered or logged in can't see the forum which is what I want but when they go to register.php it was they are banned.

What do I do?

Register page does not work

I cant get new members because my registration page dones not work. It shows: ”You have been permanently banned by {1}.“ But I dont know how to deactivate this. And it is banned on all computers.

New users banned and users locked out after password change.

I moved from another host to vBCloud and getting the following errors.
- New members that are registered are getting banned right away
- Users that change passwords are also banned
...
