  • [CMS] Section appears in Section Widget even though I dont want it to

I have 2 subsections I do not want to appear in the section widget. I enter the edit page for the sub section and say No to Show in the section widget. They continue to appear though.

Did you try Clear CMS Cache after changing it?

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Yes the links still appear. I am just going to create a custom widget that looks like the Section widget but have static links I can edit. I think it will be easier because I also need to have one link forward and cant figure out how to redirect /content.php?131-Expert-Blogs to blog.php on IIS7.

Did you try observing this as a regular user? You, as the admin, may be seeing all sections because you have articles in the sections and you need to be able to get to the section in order to edit the article.
