[Forum] Need help, updated styles with master template by accident

I was updating one of my styles xml and it did not recognize the version so I selected yes to ignore version but did not reselect the xml so it overwrote all templates with the master template and now I dont have a forum. At least a visible one. Any ideas how I fix my screw up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
