[CMS] No default widgets?

Reading through the widget documentation I came across the page I have attached as an image. My problem is I don't see all these default options for widgets, infact all I have is "Menu", none of the others are there.
I upgraded from 3.8.2 to 4.0.2 last week. Any idea?

You just create them all yourself. Click on Widgets > Create new Widget and you select the type you want to create.

Wouldn't I need to know how to code to do that?

No, unless you want to use the PHP Direct Execution widget. Each widget has a configuration interface, but it's no more difficult than doing a search.
