[Forum] Help! My vbulletin 4.0 forum is suddenly void of style!

I set up a clean install of vbulletin 4.0 on the server I'm going to move my site to. I imported all of my data over using the import tool, all was good. We paid VBSEO to get that installed and working as we couldn't do it ourselves for whatever reason on the new server. All was good, then I realized we had zoints tags installed on the old site and came across a script to import the tags to the vbulletin system it was made for importing into vbulleting 3.7 so I had to modify the script to write to tagcontent instead of tagthread. I started loading the tags and everything was good. I went back to the forum and it was void of any styes, like the .css wasn't being applied. I prompty removed the tagging info from the DB wondering if that was causing the issue, (though I couldn't imagine why, but it was the last change before the styles went kaput). Unfortuneatly the style did not return

thanks for the suggestion but it did not change anything, dang I was really hoping I was just missing somehting silly like that :-) any other ideas?
